Returns & Replacement Policy

At Lunar Market, we take great care to ensure your order is picked, packed, and delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be times when you need a refund or replacement.

1. Items Arriving Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within four weeks of the dispatch date at hello@lunarmarket.co.uk.

  • Include a photo of the damaged item(s) for reference.
  • Once we review your request, we’ll provide instructions before you return anything.
  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, or a refund will be issued.

2. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within four weeks of the dispatch date at hello@lunarmarket.co.uk.

  • Attach a photo of the incorrect item(s).
  • We’ll provide instructions before any return is made.
  • We will then send the correct item(s) or arrange a refund.

3. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@lunarmarket.co.uk.

  • Do not place a new order.
  • Once your claim is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement within 3 working days at no extra cost.
  • Delivery times for replacements will follow our standard shipping schedule.

Please wait the following timeframes before reporting a missing order:

  • UK Mainland: 10 working days
  • Highlands & Islands: 12 working days

4. Changed Your Mind

If you decide you no longer want your order, please email hello@lunarmarket.co.uk within four weeks of the dispatch date.

  • We’ll provide the return address and details required.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with the correct information included.
  • Once received, we’ll issue a credit for the item(s) only.
  • Please note: shipping costs (both ways) are non-refundable in this case.
